Korgan has the fortune of sitting on Azure Bay, at the mouth of the Soldumar River, at the entry/exit point for The Fang, and along the mainland. Many travelers use Korgan as a rest or trading stop, and an increasing number of people are making it their final destination. This city is more metropolitan than any other on the peninsula, and boasts a tough wall and battlements that protect it from the monsters of the Holoroon Marsh to the north.
Generally, if one desires something it can be found in Korgan, though buyers may pay exorbitant prices for items that are found more easily in larger cities. Its distance and independence from kingdoms and tax collectors make it a large trading center. Some of the major attractions of the city include a hall of oddities, several large temples, and highly touted museum. A myriad of shops exist within Korgan, but shoppers are wary for potential fronts for the thieves' or assassins' guild.
